    • Choice of hardware and software architecture solution and supervision deployments
    • Definition of QoS (Quality of Service), monitoring, SLA (Service Level Agreement)
    • Presentation meetings of the solution and milestones passages
    • Bench and optimization solution (Linux base, Apache, MySQL, C++)
  • Editorial/Validation of documents (in English):
    • Specifications, use cases, interface contracts, guidelines (functional, technical)
    • Qualification files, installation guides, MPE plans (Production Launch)
  • Management (in English):
    • Organization and conducting follow-up meetings and drafting reports
    • Development planning, analysis and risk management
    • Supervision and progress monitoring of the teams in Agile
    • Team training (workshops) and transfer of skills
